CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE
PP valve bags come in a large range of sizes. We offer small to very large paper valve bags and multiple sizes in between. It is important to verify which sizes your valve bag machine handles.
DETERMINE WHICH TYPE OF CLOSURE YOU NEED
Once the size is determined, the type of closure is determined. All valve bags are automatically closed. The specific method of how this closing happens falls into three categories.
1. SELF- SEALING
The first and most common is self-sealing. These valve bags use the pressure of the contents to close and seal the bag.
2. HEAT SEALED
Alternatively, some bags can be sealed by heat. This may be a better option for the product and requires a machine and set up capable of this method.
3. ULTRASONIC SEALS
The third type of closure is much less common. Bags can be sealed ultrasonically. These valve bags are only used in very specific and limited industries. They require clean and sterile environments and very special machinery.

Changzhou Pangu Plastic Industry Co., Ltd is an enterprise mainly engaged in the production and processing of PE valve bags , FFS heavy film bags and Jumbo bags, among which PE hot bottom valve bags are the first in China. Founded in May 2010, the company has more than 200 employees and an annual output of 60 million pieces. It is a leading enterprise engaged in PE valve pocket production earlier in China. —Yes, We are OEM manufacturer,custom and offer packaging bags of all types and sizes.And we have our own factory,which have more than 200 workers and a dozen salesman.

—Yes,we can accept sample order as our initial cooperation to test the quality and build trust.
Q3. Can I get a sample to check quality, and what is the cost and shipping time?
—For our exsit products , we need charge for freight. For your own design product, cost is depend on your design ( including size, material, printing and so on ) . Shipping time is 7-12 days by express.
Q4. I want to design my own bag artwork,can your company help me to finish it?
— A:Of course we can do it,we own professional designer team,and they can do the mature design according to the image,texts offered by customer.
Q5. I need bag to pack my products,but i am not sure what kind of bag is most suitable,can u give me some advise?
—A:Yeah,we are glad to do it.Pls just offer me some information such as bag application, capacity,feature u want,and we can advise relative specification do some advise based on it.
