Valve bags deliver top performance wherever high-speed filling processes are used. Filling performance and protection properties can be optimised according to the customer’s needs. Valve bags can be equipped with PE-free
film or PE-Inliners where enhanced moisture protection is needed.

Changzhou Pangu Plastic Industry Co., Ltd is an enterprise mainly engaged in the production and processing of PE valve bags , FFS heavy film bags and Jumbo bags, among which PE hot bottom valve bags are the first in China. Founded in May 2010, the company has more than 200 employees and an annual output of 60 million pieces. It is a leading enterprise engaged in PE valve pocket production earlier in China. At present, the company has one automatic valve pocket production line, one 8-color printing machine, two three-layer co extrusion film blowing machines, one embossing edge inserting machine and one FFS back sealing machine. It is one of the few domestic enterprises with complete production facilities for PE valve bag, and also the only domestic enterprise with production capacity for both PE adhesive valve bag and PE hot bottom valve bag.
The enterprise always adheres to the principle of survival by quality and development by reputation, and puts the all-round service to customers in the first place.

Q1. Are you a manufacturer?
—Yes, We are OEM manufacturer,custom and offer packaging bags of all types and sizes.And we have our own factory,which have more than 200 workers and a dozen salesman.
Q2. Does your company accept small quantity order at first?
—Yes,we can accept sample order as our initial cooperation to test the quality and build trust.
Q3. Can I get a sample to check quality, and what is the cost and shipping time?
—For our exsit products , we need charge for freight. For your own design product, cost is depend on your design ( including size, material, printing and so on ) . Shipping time is 7-12 days by express.
Q4. I want to design my own bag artwork,can your company help me to finish it?
— A:Of course we can do it,we own professional designer team,and they can do the mature design according to the image,texts offered by customer.
Q5. I need bag to pack my products,but i am not sure what kind of bag is most suitable,can u give me some advise?
—A:Yeah,we are glad to do it.Pls just offer me some information such as bag application, capacity,feature u want,and we can advise relative specification do some advise based on it.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
—A: Generally, it will take 7 to 10 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
